At The Daily Scent, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.


How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at thedailyscentafrica@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will either:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a full refund (including shipping fees).


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.


Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened fragrance bottles

  • Used personal care products

  • Gift cards
